Hair issues

I've had my hair ombre for about 5 months now, I redid it one time to make the ends lighter.I did it with extreme hair-dye, and I also haven't been to the hairdresser in a year so you can imagion how dead my hair is. So I obviously need to go to the hairdresses but I have no idea what I want with my hair. I don't want to lose to much of the lenght, but I'm always afraid that they'll take of to much.

Also I have no idea if I want to keep the ombre or if I want to go brown again. Or maybe a little bit towards my own haircollor wich is dark-blond.
